The ATAC-seq libraries from zebrafish embryos were prepared as previously described (Buenrostro et al., 2015) with some modification. Embryos were collected at the 256-cell stage and dechorionated using pronase. Yolk was removed using deyolking buffer as previously described (Link et al., 2006). 75,000 cells were used to prepare the libraries.
