ChIP-Seq was carried out as described in Guenther et al. 2010.
DNA from 1 × 108 cells was immunoprecipitated with H3K36me3 antibody. Amplified DNA was gel purified and prepared for sequencing using Illumina’s Genomic DNA sample kit. Clustering and 26-cycle sequencing were performed using an Illumina Cluster station and 1G analyzer.
