Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2009, 106: 3829-3834. 10.1073/pnas.080838210600. anti-Eomesa (50 μl) antibody were used. Illumina paired-end libraries were prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions, size selected and sequenced on the Illumina GAIIx platform (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA).
