SAPAS Illumina library for 8 developmental stages: Dynamic landscape of tandem 3’UTRs during zebrafish development

Eight time points across all major developmental stages were sampled with one lane of the Illumina Genome Analyzer 2 platform assigned for each time point. Tandem poly(A) events have been profiled on a genome-wide scale during the embryonic development of zebrafish (Danio rerio) using a recently developed SAPAS method.
